A word from our founder:
We are helping people that have a high barrier to entry get into IT. Low-income, Autism spectrum, under-represented demographics, etc. We will mentor and train folks on the database side of IT while they find out what area they really want to work in.
How we do this:
Thanks to businesses like yours, we will employ full time Senior level DBAs to take care of your Database maintenance efforts, projects, migrations etc. Each of these Senior level folks will have 2 people to help. Ideally a mentee/apprentice and a Junior DBA. This will be a core job requirement and we will only hire those that have a passion for database work and teaching others.
